Return and Cancellation Policy
30-Day Return Policy
We accept authorized returns within 30 calendar days of the delivery date unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase. Conditions:
•    Items must be unused, unmodified, and in original packaging.
•    Products must not be installed, mounted, or damaged due to user error.
•    We are not responsible for labor, installation, towing, or rental expenses resulting from incorrect or defective parts.
For items received damaged or incorrect:
1.    Retain original packaging.
2.    Refer to our Return Procedure and contact our customer service team.
Note: We are not responsible for claims made after 30 days from delivery or for lost/stolen shipments (these must be handled with the shipping carrier).

Return Policy
•    All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
•    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
•    Special order items are non-returnable.
•    Returns must be in new, unused, and salable condition.
•    No credit will be issued for parts that have been installed, modified, or misused.
•    Denied returns may be returned to the customer upon request, at the customer's expense.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days of receipt and inspection. Funds may take 48–72 hours to appear in Your account, depending on Your bank. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at purchase.

Third-Party Delivery Policy
At The Nextgen Auto LLC, we work with trusted third-party delivery carriers to ensure that your auto parts are delivered safely and efficiently across the United States. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding third-party delivery services.

1. Shipping Carriers
We utilize well-established third-party logistics providers such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, and regional carriers, depending on the destination, weight, size, and type of the parts being shipped.
•    Shipping options (e.g., Ground, 2-Day, Overnight) will be available at checkout based on carrier availability.
•    Expedited or special freight delivery services may be available upon request and for an additional fee.

2. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times range from 3 to 7 business days for standard shipments, depending on the carrier, part availability, and delivery location.
•    Expedited delivery times may range from 1 to 3 business days.
•    Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
•    Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

3. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS (if opted in). You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

4. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Shipments
All products are thoroughly inspected and securely packaged prior to shipment. However, we are not responsible for:
•    Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation by the carrier
•    Delays, damages, or losses resulting from third-party carrier mishandling or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes)
If your order is damaged or lost in transit:
1.    Contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.
2.    We will assist you in initiating a claim with the carrier.
3.    Replacements or refunds will be issued only after the claim is resolved, unless otherwise approved.

5. Signature Requirements & Freight Shipments
•    Orders over a certain value may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
•    Oversized or heavy items may ship via freight carriers, and the customer must ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.
•    Failure to accept a freight delivery may result in re-delivery fees or return shipping charges.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at checkout.
•    If incorrect or incomplete information results in a failed or delayed delivery, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping or correction fees.
•    If an item is returned due to address errors, we will contact you for re-shipment at your expense.

7. Delivery Restrictions
•    We currently ship within the continental United States.
•    Deliveries to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories may not be available for certain items or may incur additional charges.

8. Third-Party Terms and Conditions
By using our Service, you also agree to the terms and delivery policies of our third-party carriers. We are not responsible for changes or disputes that may arise between you and the delivery provider once the item leaves our facility.
